Tampa, FL (June 16, 2019): Tampa based CODY Consulting Group, a consulting and technology company serving health plans nationwide, has announced a significant expansion to its leadership team. This is in response to the company’s substantial growth in recent years – in product offerings, revenue and customer base. Since 2006, CODY has helped health plans throughout the country maximize efficiencies and cut costs in the areas of marketing communications, compliance, and business process outsourcing. The organization’s proprietary software, CodySoft®, is an innovative suite of web-based software products designed specifically for health plans and their complex regulatory environments. In his new role, Al will continue with his leadership support of the Sales team in the discovery and implementation processes as part of new client onboarding. Following a client’s implementation of CodySoft® products, Al has and will continue to provide support through weekly scheduled check-in meetings, drawing on his 20+ years of experience within the industry, to help plans of all types and sizes to maximize efficiencies throughout the collateral material development process. “Al is and has always been the face of CodySoft® to all of our software clients,” said Mabari. “Our CodySoft® clients love Al and his dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.”
Doug Pray will now serve as the Vice President of CODY’s CodySoft® Communications division. CodySoft® Communications provides health plans with a single-source, A-to-Z solution for the design, distribution and compliance tracking of important member marketing and communication materials. This includes not only print and fulfillment services, but translation, 508 remediation, and ePresentment of all pre- and post-enrollment materials (ANOC/EOCs, formularies, provider directories, etc.) “Doug started in 2016 and built the CodySoft® Communications division,” according to Mabari. “Every day Doug goes above and beyond what is expected with a laser-focus on client satisfaction.”
