CodySoft® Adds Part C and Part D Reporting Feature

CodySoft® has added a new feature to its Investigations Module®, making it easier for health plans to pull their Part C and Part D reports on plan oversight of agents.

Even though the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) no longer requires this report in the annual Part C and D reports, health plans cannot afford to be lax in their reporting and monitoring of the sales force and marketing activities. The regional CMS office can require health plans to submit this report at any time.

Compiling the data for these reports has typically been a labor-intensive and extremely time-consuming process, particularly for organizations that employ manual processes to collect and track the required data elements. These processes also leave room for errors along the way, which could result in penalties from CMS.

Backed by the power of the CodySoft Investigations Module, this new tool will allow Medicare Advantage Organizations (MAOs), Part D Plans, and Cost Plans to quickly and easily pull comprehensive case and analytical reporting, including critical CMS data elements to support reporting requirements regarding agent oversight for plan sponsors.

The Investigations Module uses the data that is entered into the system during an agent investigation to pull these data points and create reports quickly and accurately, thus saving health plans time and resources, and decreasing the changes of inaccuracies.
